Ingredients
- Chopped Pineapple – ½ cup
- Rava/ Sooji – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water – 1 ¼ cup
- Ghee – 1/3 cup
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
- Yellow food color – a pinch
- Cashews – 6
- Dry grapes – 5

Directions

- Heat ghee in a pan add cashews and fry until golden brown. Then add dry grapes, when they puff up add chopped pineapple and saute well. Allow the pineapple to get cooked in ghee in medium flame (It took me around 7 – 8 minutes). Make sure not to brown them.
- When the pineapple looks cooked add sooji/ rava in it and roast for few seconds.
- Now add water to it and mix well. When the sooji pineapple mixture starts bubbling add food color and cardamom powder. Mix well and when the sooji looks cooked add sugar and mix well. Put off the flame and serve.
