Bread pizza bombs, Instant pizza bombs, Pizza bombs

Ingredients
- 1. Bread slices – 4
- 2. Onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- 3. Tomato – 2 tbsp (optional)
- 4. Green capsicum – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- 5. Red capsicum – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- 6. Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup
- 7. Tomato sauce/ Ketchup – 4 tbsp
- 8. Butter – 3 tbsp
- 9. Parsley – 1 tsp (chopped)
- 10. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- 11. Oregano - ¼ tsp
- 12. Salt – to taste
Note
- * My 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- Chop onion, green capsicum and red capsicum. Shred mozzarella cheese and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add melted butter, pepper powder, salt, parsley and oregano. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Take bread slices and discard the brown sides. Now take one bread slice, roll it thin using rolling pin.
- Keep water in a cup next to the bread. Now using your fingers wet the sides of the bread slightly. Don’t wet too much as the bread will fall apart.
- Now add little ketchup first, then place onion and capsicum. Finally add mozzarella cheese and bring all the wet edges together to form a ball. Do it very very carefully as the chances of breaking is very high.
- Once done place it gently in a baking tray. Now repeat the same process till all the bread slices complete.
- Preheat oven at 350F. Now to the pizza bombs apply butter mixture using basting brush . Place the baking tray in oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes till nice aroma is emitted. Too much baking time can cause the cheese to melt out. When done take the baking tray out and serve it hot!
