Kale pakora recipe, Kale fritters recipe

Kale pakora/ Kale fritters as the name goes is a crispy and yummy tea time snack/ Appetizer prepared with kale, besan, rice flour and other pantry friendly ingredients. Pakoras are always the best combo with tea during windy/ rainy days and are much easier than bajji as they don’t require any shaping. We usually make or have heard of the popular bread pakora, onion pakora, vegetable pakora, gobi pakora, spinach pakora also but making pakora with kale is definitely new, interesting and yummy too. Kale pakoda was very new to me as well and this idea was suggested by my close friend Sneha last year and so sorry I took a year to post this and also made it just 2 months back on a rainy day. Thank you sneha we all loved it. So I made this kale pakoda with my spinach pakora recipe as madam sneha gave only idea so I replaced palak with kale and was yum. If you get your hands on these kale when you go to the store try making this kale pakoda and let me know how your family enjoyed it! So let’s get to the frying of kale fritters!
