This gravy can be accompanied with many main dishes like roti, poori or rice so it can relished at any time of the day. Green chana is very tasty just like black chana and it also has lot of health benefits so add it to your diet in some or the other tasty forms like subzi/ curry/ gravy, sundal, salad, pulao, chaat and much more. I learnt this simple and easy to make gravy recipe from one of my neighbor as I adore North Indian dishes too just like South Indian dishes. I just followed her recipe and it yielded just that perfect subzi taste, all thanks to her. For this recipe I used dry green chana so I soaked and pressure cooked, You can use fresh green chana as well with which soaking time can be skipped. So lets get to the making!
