Moong dal sundal recipe, Pasi paruppu sundal

Moong dal sundal/ Pasi paruppu sundal is a healthy and delicious snack that can be easily made in just 20 minutes. Navaratri is not complete without sundal (legume based snack) so here is again one such variety of sundal that can be made very quickly. This sundal requires no soaking and use of no pressure cooker as it can be cooked in a pan in just 10 minutes. According to me this is the best method to cook moong dal to get perfect sundal as I have had bad experience by pressure cooking it in which moong dal came out mushy as moong dal cooks very fast and had to use it for dal fry. the cook time mentioned is for 1/2 cup dal, if using more the cooking time varies. So lets get to the making!
