- Roasted semiya – 1 cup
- Water – 1 ¾ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Ghee – 3 tsp
- Cashew nut – 5
- Orange food color a pinch
- Cardamom powder a pinch

How to make semiya kesari with step by step images
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews until golden brown then add roasted semiya in it and mix well.
- Add water to it and let the semiya get cooked. Once the semiya is cooked add food color and mix well then add sugar and cardamom powder in it ; mix well. Finally add ghee in it and mix well. Put off the fame and serve it hot!
