Chapati ladoos are prepared using leftover chapatis. It is very easy to make and has only 4 ingredients in its making. I learnt this recipe from my mother in law and now whenever I have leftover chapati at home this is one among the ways in which they can be utilised. So lets get to the making!
- Chapati – 4
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cashew nut – 5
- Make the leftover chapatis into pieces. In a blender add chapati pieces and sugar. Grind it into fine powder.
- Now heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nut until golden brown then pour the cashews along with ghee to the chapati powder. Mix everything well. Now take small portions of the mixture and make small balls to form ladoo.
- Serve it to your family !
