So here is a small gist on how I made the platter. I made the sev the before evening as snacks, since I had fresh sev I made poha to go with it. I first chopped onion, tomato and green chilli. Then washed and soaked poha while I was making base masala, then tossed the poha in that and served it with hot coffee which missed in the picture.
