Ingredients
Roasted semiya – 1 cup
Water – 1 ¾ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cashew nut – 5
Orange food color a pinch
Cardamom powder a pinch

How to make semiya kesari with step by step images
Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews until golden brown then add roasted semiya in it and mix well.
Add water to it and let the semiya get cooked. Once the semiya is cooked add food color and mix well then add sugar and cardamom powder in it ; mix well. Finally add ghee in it and mix well. Put off the fame and serve it hot!
