How to make Pavakkai fry with step by step images

- Wash the bitter gourd and pat them dry.
- Now slice them thin set aside.
- Heat oil and fry them till they get crispy. When they are done transfer it to a plate with paper towel to drain
- excess oil. Sprinkle required amount of chili powder and salt.
