For this millet ladoo I used store bought jowar flour but you could use homemade ones too by soaking jowar/ white cholam in water for 1 hour then drying it on a cloth and finally grinding it into powder. Also in this recipe I used jaggery for sweetness but you could use panakalkandu / raw sugar or even karupatti/ palm jaggery which is really good for health.
