Ingredients
- Homemade Dosa batter – 1 cup (makes 2 dosa)
- Egg – 2
- Pepper powder – 2 tsp
- Onion – ¼ cup (chopped)
- Green chilli – 2
- Chopped cilantro – 2 tbsp
- Oil – for making dosa

How to make egg dosa with step by step images

- Heat dosa tawa. When the dosa pan/ dosa tawa is hot enough pour a ladle of batter and spread it like regular dosa. Now break egg in the center if the dosa and spread it using a spoon that the inner portion of the dosa is fully covered with egg.
- Now quickly sprinkle salt, pepper over it, chopped onion, green chili and chopped cilantro. Now drizzle some oil around it. When sides brown flip dosa gently and cook for few seconds and transfer it to a plate and serve it hot with chutney of your choice!
