How to make Air fryer bread pakora with step by step images

  1. Preheat air fryer at 375F for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, In a bowl add besan, chili powder, caraway seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well, add water gradually to form a thick batter( I used around ¼ cup water). You may need more less. Keep the batter aside.
  2. Take a bread slice chop off its sides (brown part). Repeat the process for all the bread slices. Now slice each bread slice into 2 rectangles/ 2 triangles as you like. Keep it aside.
  3. When the air fryer is preheated brush a tsp of oil in the rack then dip each bread slice one by one in besan batter.
  4. Place the batter coated bread slices gently in the rack. Now air fry it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes when air fryer goes off remove the rack when the pakora looks cooked relish it hot. If you feel it is uncooked air fry for 2 more minutes. Repeat the process until you finish the batter and bread slices.
