Ingredients
- 1. Tortilla – 3 to 4 nos (whole wheat)
- 2. Onion– 1 (small, thin slices)
- 3. Chopped veggies – ¾ cup (carrot julienne, capsicum thin slices)
- 4. Garlic- 1 pod
- 5. Spring onion - 1
- 6. Soy sauce – 2 tsp
- 7. Salt – to taste
- 8. Chilli powder- ¼ to ½ tsp
- 9. Cumin powder- ¼ to ½ tsp
- 10. Oil – 1 tbsp
Note
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- Roll the whole wheat tortilla and cut them into thin slices like noodles using scissors/ knife. Keep it aside.
- Slice onions ,capsicum, carrot and thin. Chop garlic and spring onions finely. Keep the veggies aside.
- Heat oil in a pan to it add sliced onions, white part of spring onion and chopped garlic. Saute well.
- Now to the sauteed onions add thinly sliced carrots and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add chilli powder, salt and cumin powder. Mix well and add soy sauce. Give it a quick stir.
- Now add sliced tortilla noodles and toss well. When everything looks combined add chopped green stalk of spring onion. Mix well and and put off the flame. Serve it hot with ketchup.
