Ridge gourd peanut curry, Beerakaya pallilu curry

Ridge gourd peanut curry/ Beerakaya pallilu curry/ Peerkangai curry is a spicy, flavorful, mildly sweet and crunch from roasted peanuts. Yes you heard me right no coconut or tomatoes involved yet tastes great when served with hot rice, roti or idli. I am not a great fan of ridge gourd for some reason, but was totally impressed and loved the way

This gravy turned out. But I definitely love chutney prepared with Ridge gourd peel like this PEERKANGAI/ RIDGE GOURD CHUTNEY which goes well with Idli, dosa and rice. I have added a short snippet of the making of the same curry in my fb page, which I hope will inspire you guys to try this recipe.
