Ingredients
- 1. Idli batter – 2 ½ cups
- 2. Beetroot – 1 (small sized)
- 3. Oil/ Butter – to make dosa
Note
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- In a blender add cooked beetroot and ¼ cup water. Grind into paste. Keep it aside.
- Now take idli batter in a bowl to it add beetroot puree and mix well until fully combined/ till you achieve pink colored batter.
- Heat a dosa pan/ Tawa. When the dosa pan/ dosa tawa is hot enough pour a ladle of batter and spread it like regular dosa.Now drizzle some oil around it. When sides lightly brown/ top looks cooked flip dosa gently and cook for few seconds and transfer it to a plate and serve it hot!
