- Small Carrot – 1
- Chopped capsicum – ½ cup
- Spring onion – 1
- Salt – to taste

How to make mushroom fried rice with step by step images

- Chop spring onion, carrot, capsicum and mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped spring onion and carrot. Saute well. Now add chopped capsicum and saute well.
- Now add chopped mushroom and mix well. Allow the veggies to get cooked in oil without adding any water in medium flame.
- When all the veggies seem to be cooked add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix well, add cooked rice and mix gently. When done put off the flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion and serve!
