How to make Tahini sauce with step by step images

- Dry roast sesame seeds in a small pan.
- Then grind sesame seeds in a blender adding little oil.
- Then add chopped garlic,lemon juice and salt in the blender and grind them into a paste. You can add litttle water while grinding. I used pulse mode in my mixie to make the sauce
- Serve it with falafel and pita bread.

How to make lemon rotta with step by step images

- Cut rotta into pieces
- Squeeze lemon juice and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan add red chili and mustard seeds after it splutters add urad dal and channa dal and curry leaves after they turn golden brown add green chili and saute.
- Now add turmeric and after a quick stir add lemon juice and salt .
- Now put of the flame ; add rotta pieces and mix well.
- Serve hot!
