Ingredients
- 1. Rava/ sooji – ½ cup
- 2. Rice flour – ¼ cup
- 3. Maida – 2 tsp
- 4. Curd – 1 tbsp
- 5. Water – 1 ¼ cup (aprrox)
- 6. Salt – to taste
- 7. Oil - for making dosa
- 8. Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- 9. Chopped green chili – 1
- 10. Chopped nuts – 2 tbsp (almond, pistachios, cashews)
- 11. Tutti frutti - 2 tbsp
- 12. Raisins- 1 tsp
- 13. Curry leaves a spring
Note
- * My 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- In a bowl add sooji/ rava, rice flour, maida and salt. Now add curd to it and mix everything well and add water to it gradually to form a batter without any lumps the batter should be thin like buttermilk. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile chop curry leaves, green chilli, almonds, pistachios, raisins and cashews. Keep it aside.
- Now to the batter add chopped green chilli, curry leaves and dry fruits. Mix well.
- Now heat a tawa and pour the batter making outer circle then filling the inner portion with batter. Drizzle oil over it and allow the dosa to cook. It might take little more time than the regular dosa. When you see the sides browning flip it gently and cook. When done transfer it to a plate and serve it hot with, chutney and sambar.

How to make Dry fruits rava dosa with step by step images

- After 5 minutes the batter will look little thick then add water gradually. The batter should look thin like buttermilk in flowing consistency just as shown in second picture.
- Now to the batter add chopped green chilli, curry leaves and dry fruits. Mix well. (Every time you make dosa stir the batter well then make dosa) You can add tutti frutti to the batter or sprinkle it after pouring batter on tawa.
- Now heat a tawa and pour the batter making outer circle then filling the inner portion with batter. Drizzle oil over it and allow the dosa to cook.
