Chocolate banana bread is a moist, soft and delicious breakfast, snack or dessert with perfect balance between banana and chocolate. This easy bread/ cake recipe has little crunch as well from the addition of walnuts making it more healthy and delish. Since this is baking season I thought to share this quick and easy recipe of banana bread with chocolate twist, which can be prepared if you have ripe/ overripe banana lying in your fruit rack. To add more taste to your bread/cake you could try adding pecans instead of walnuts and even chocolate chips for more of that sweetness. Freshly baked chocolate banana bread remains good for 1 or 2 days if preserved properly in airtight container. It stays good in the fridge for upto 5 days. So let’s get to the making!
