How to make Capsicum masala rice with step by step images

- Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients mentioned under roast and grind. Roast them until aromatic and golden brown. When done put off the flame and allow it to cool down.
- Now transfer it to a blender and grind it into powder. ( It is perfectly alright if they are not finely powdered).
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds after it splutters add curry leaves when they become crispy add chopped capsicum and turmeric. Saute well until capsicum is ¾ th done as we want it to be crunchy while eating.
- When the capsicum is done add cooked rice, salt and ground masala mixture in it. Mix well and put off the flame. Capsicum masala rice is ready to be served!
