Ingredients
- 1. Almonds/ Badam- ½ cup
- 2. Pistachios – ¼ cup
- 3. Cashews- ¼ cup
- 4. Melon seeds/ Charmagaz – 1/8 cup
- 5. Peppercorns- 1 tsp
- 6. Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
- 7. Khas khas/ Poppy seeds- 1 tbsp (optional)
- 8. Elaichi/ Green cardamom - 4
- 9. Sugar- 2 tbsp
- 10. Saffron strands – few
- 11. Dry rose petals – 5
NOTE
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- In a blender add all the above ingredients mentioned. Grind it into coarse powder. Do not grind for longer time as the oil from the nuts can change the texture of the powder.
- Transfer the ground masala powder to a air tight jar for use.
