Stovetop eggless chocolate cake, Chocolate loaf cake

Chocolate cake or chocolate loaf cake call it any name it is adored by many for its deliciousness and flavor. So this is one moist, chocolaty, eggless cake made in stovetop method. Yes you heard it right! This recipe requires no baking/ oven and can be made in a kadai/ pan, still achieve oven baked cake texture, flavor and perfection. I had been looking for a perfect no bake/ stove top cake recipe for years not for the blog but just for that thrill to achieve a perfect cake in stovetop method and this reciep is just right for that. If you are beginner in baking then this is a must try recipe as the quantity mentioned to achieve this small size loaf cake is so minimal. I had always wanted to try making eggless baking also without use of condensed milk and this recipe met both my expectations. This recipe I got from one of my friend last week, and it resulted in same output just as the one she did. I prepared this recipe in non stick pan/kadai placing the cake pan over a wire rack, if you don’t want to use non stick you can try making it pressure cooker by filling the bottom with adequate salt to create oven temperature. Also i used chocolate chips in the recipe for more chocolaty flavor and taste. So lets get to the making!
