Mint raita is a sure variation from the regular raita as its taste and flavors are distinct. Though the name sounds different it is very easy to make. It can be accompanied for lot of dishes like biryani, pulao, tandoori chicken and so on. I make this often at home as I have lush growth of mint in my garden so why not make use of it. So lets get started!
