Vegetable cutlet, Vegetable patties, Veg cutlet recipe

Vegetable cutlet is a delicious and healthy snack made with mixed vegetables. Veg cutlets are usually deep fried snacks with crispy exterior and soft inside adored by both adults and kids. Vegetable cutlets can be made different shapes like heart, oval and standard round shape as well. Cutlets or patties can be made not only with veggies but with chicken, fish and even with prawns. I usually make patties too with the same recipe which can be used in making burger as well. I like cutlets when they are tawa fried as it more healthy, less greasy and light on tummy so I prepared these cutlets too in tawa method, but for more of a restaurant touch you can deep fry them and they will look more appealing and tastier too. Cutlets taste better when served hot with ketchup. So lets get to the making!
