Wheat dosa is an instant and simple dosa which can be prepared in minutes. Its healthy and at the same time delicious. This dosa requires no pre preparation and can be done on busy days. But i prepare this dosa on a regular basis as it one of my hubby’s favorite dosa variety. Lets get to the recipe.

- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- Onion – 1
- Green chili -1
- Curry leaves a spring
- Salt to taste

How to make instant wheat dosa with step by step images
- In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chili , curry leaves and salt; mix well.
- Now add water to form thin batter similar to rava dosa batter. Its consistency should look like butter milk.
- Heat a pan and start pouring the batter evenly and try not o spread it like regular dosa. drizzle some oil around it . Flip dosa when done and transfer it to a plate.
